Johnson & Associates - Investments & Wealth Management  is an independent, full service financial management firm serving Northwest Ohio as well as clients all across the United States.

For many years the office was known as FSC Securities Corporation.  The name of our broker-dealer was changed to Osaic Wealth, Inc. in 2023.  Same people.  Same company.  Same trusted service - just a new name.

The Paulding branch was founded by retired Certified Public Accountant William Sinn over 40 years ago.  With an emphasis on tax efficiency and long term investment management, we have become an integral part of the community.

Christopher Johnson acquired the practice in 2004 and has managed the branch since that time.  With the help of two assistants we provide a high level of client service to individuals, small businesses, and other entities.
