Multnomah County is seeking highly qualified individuals for the position of Facilities Planning, Construction, & Operations Director. The Director will be responsible for managing and maintaining 3.1 million square feet of space in over 130 buildings, lead a staff of 85 employees, and oversee a combined capital/operating budget of $93 million. A Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, facilities planning, construction management, public or business administration, or a closely related field is required. A Master’s degree is desired. The ideal candidate should have 8 years of progressively responsible facilities management experience including 5 years of executive and supervisory/administrative experience. Salary range is $79,905-$118,358, DOQ with a competitive benefits package.
